QUALIFICATIONS STATEMENT

Atlantic Lining Co., Inc. (ALCO) is a market leader in providing geosynthetic material sales and installation services, performed to today’s rigorous industry standards, at competitive prices. ALCO is fully insured and bondable.

Atlantic Lining Co., Inc. is a geomembrane specialist providing material sales and installation services for HDPE, LLDPE, PVC, Hypalon, and Polypropylene liners. Technical assistance and turnkey installation services are provided. ALCO also has excavating, remediation, piping and concrete construction capabilities for turnkey projects through the general contracting division of Atlantic Lining Co., Inc., ALCO Construction Company.

Material sales and installation services are also provided for geotextiles, geonets, geogrids and geosynthetic clay liners. We are an approved installer and distributor of GSE Lining Technology HDPE, LLDPE, GCL and Geocomposites; Tenax Geocomposites, Agru America HD/LLDPE, Solmax HD/LLDPE and PVC, and SKAPS Geotextiles and Geonets.

Mr. Wayne Farrow is the Vice President of Geosynthetic Operations for ALCO. He has over 15 years of experience in the geosynthetics industry and over 350 million SF of geosynthetic materials experience on turnkey operations. ALCO is longstanding member of IAGI – International Association of Geosynthetic Installers and has been active participant over the years. ALCO has technicians on each crew certified by IAGI in their Certified Welding Technician Program. In addition, ALCO has certified HDPE pipe welding technicians by Lee Supply Co., Inc.

Atlantic Lining Co., Inc. personnel are experienced installation and materials specialists. All work is performed to the highest industry standards. Our Superintendents have over 50 years and 200 million SF of combined experience in geosynthetics. We use state of the art equipment and techniques to weld and test our liners for instant seam quality control. Our independent lab seam test passing rate since 1994 is 99.2%.

OSHA training and in house safety policies are maintained for field crews. Our Workers Compensation experience modification rate is a stellar .91. Since 1994 ALCO has installed over 300 million square feet of various geosynthetic materials. Recent projects include a 78 acre Double Composite cell installation for the Middlesex County Utilities Authority in East Brunswick,New Jersey, an 11 acre turnkey landfill cell installation for Gloucester County Improvement Authority in Swedesboro, NJ, and two methane barriers, each 1 acre, for Sun Companies at their Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Ridgefield Park, NJ and Embassy Suites hotel in Elizabeth, NJ.

Atlantic Lining Co., Inc. carries current New Jersey Public Works Certificate and Business Registration. ALCO is also licensed to do business with New Jersey Casino Control Commission. In addition, ALCO has IAGI Approved Installation Contractor (AIC) status.
