Borgata North Tower Expansion
Description: 350,000 square foot methane barrier beneath podium, which included additional gaming area, three upscale restaurants and a food court. Methane barrier consisted of 20 mil reinforced geomembrane laminated to a 6 oz. geotextile manufactured by Reef Industries. Methane barrier had to sealed to over 700 pipe penetrations, 2,700 pipe hangars, and 8,500 lineal feet of concrete building perimeter and pile cap batten attachments.
